Collections Specialist

- Contact customers to discuss overdue payments and provide solutions to resolve accounts.
- Accurately document customer interactions and payment arrangements in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including recovery rates and quality benchmarks.

- Experience: 2-3 years in collections, particularly in local collection agencies, fintechs, telcos, banks, finance, or BPO industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Critical thinking and assertiveness to provide effective solutions during customer interactions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets.
- Knowledge of collections systems, tools, and processes is a plus.
