Privacy notice for job applicants

AMG Collection Services Inc. ("AMG", "we") collects and processes the personal information you provide through this careers portal in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, mobile number, username and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
• Application details: personal information, education and work history, answers to application questions, your resume if uploaded, and your recorded video answer.
• Interview recordings, when you take part in a video interview through this portal.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the service working.

Why we collect it

To evaluate your application for employment, contact you about the recruitment process, conduct and review interviews, and comply with legal obligations. Applications are reviewed only by authorised AMG HR personnel and hiring managers.

How long we keep it

Application records, videos and interview recordings are kept for up to 12 months after the position closes, or longer if you are hired or where the law requires. You may ask us to delete your account and data earlier.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise these rights, email hr@amgcollect.ph.

Security

All traffic to this portal is encrypted (HTTPS). Files are stored outside the public web folder and can only be viewed by signed-in, authorised users. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
