Dialer Admin (ViciDial, dialer softwares, VoIP, IVRs)

Key Responsibilities
• Dialer Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Webitel Dialer system to ensure efficient call handling and maximize agent productivity.
• IVR Implementation: Design and implement Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to enhance customer experience and streamline call routing.
• Digital Contact Strategies: Develop and execute effective email and SMS communication strategies to engage customers and improve response rates.
• System Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all communication systems and strategies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of communication systems and tools.

Qualifications
• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within a collection agency, BPO, or call center environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Webitel Dialer platform is highly desirable. Experience with IVR systems, email marketing tools, and SMS communication platforms.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with communication regulations and best practices in the industry.
• Onsite Availability: Role will function on an onsite work set up on a 6 day work-schedule.
