Reports & Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting & Data Analyst who can transform raw data into accurate reports, structured Excel files, and compelling client-ready presentations. This role plays a critical part in delivering clear insights and professional business review decks to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver client-facing reports with high accuracy.
• Analyze and organize large datasets using Excel.
• Build and maintain clean, structured, and easy-to-read reports.
• Create PowerPoint business review decks for client presentations.
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights.
• Perform data reconciliation and explain discrepancies between datasets.
• Ensure all reports and presentations are professional, consistent, and error-free.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data cleaning, reporting).
• Strong skills in PowerPoint presentation creation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data clearly.
• Experience in data reconciliation and validation.
• Strong formatting and presentation skills.
• Reliable in delivering client-facing reports on time and with precision.
